This water-based, acid-free, archival pigment ink is dark green in color. The raised ink pad makes it possible to ink any size rubber stamp without interference from the ink pad case. VersaCraft ink provides excellent results on fabric, unpainted wood, uncoated paper, Japanese papers, tanned leather, and unglazed pottery.
We recommend VersaCraft for use with our solid rubber stamps and those with thicker lines. The ink is really juicy and just won’t work well with fine lined stamps. If a peg stamp set calls for VersaCraft ink you can be assured it’s been tested with that particular stamp and will work beautifully.
When stamping on fabric, first wash with soap (no softener) to remove sizing and dry without a dryer sheet. Stamp and then heat set stamped images with an iron, placing a cloth between your project and the iron. Iron for at least 15 seconds on cotton setting (high); if you use a lower setting, the stamped images may wash out.
Ink pad is 1.25” x 1.25” (33 x 33 mm).
