The Carton's independent publishing office (Art And Then Some) was founded in 2011 with a focus on Food, Culture and the Middle East. Today the print publication has expanded into two brick and mortar shops (second opening soon) in Beirut's largest two districts, with its own products ranging from craft arak to limited edition prints and, soon, a common house nestled in 1920s Lebanese architecture inviting you to experience the best of Lebanon and help you put your finger on the pulse of a region that always has been at the center of world.
