Michael James is an accomplished chef and baker who grew up in Penzance. Michael moved to Australia in 2004, opening the Tivoli Road Bakery in Melbourne in 2013. Michael has since sold Tivoli Road Bakery and now mainly consults internationally and teaches at Urbanstead their new business in Melbourne with wife Pippa James.
Michael has written his third book and we are pleased to announce that he will be in store with some of his delicious baked treats for you to try. Michael will be doing a demonstration of how to make some of the recipes from his new book Sweet Seasons.
Books are available on the night and Michael will be doing a signing after the demonstrations.
